Turnaround & Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard turnaround is typically 3–4 business days or less, depending on order volume. Rush orders may be available upon request and are subject to availability and an additional rush fee.
Custom Orders
Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Custom items are created based on the information provided at checkout.
3D-Printed Items
Please note that 3D-printed products may have minor layer lines or small imperfections as a normal part of the printing process.
Shipping
Shipping transit time is separate from production turnaround time. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
Order Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up and is no longer in T3Rentalz’s possession, T3Rentalz is not responsible for loss, damage, misuse, or changes to the item. Orders will not be reprinted, remade, or replaced after they leave our possession unless the issue was caused by an error made by T3Rentalz.
Photo Quality
For the best results, please provide clear, high-resolution photos when an image is required for customization. Screenshots, blurry photos, heavily cropped images, watermarked images, or low-resolution files may affect the quality of the finished product. T3Rentalz is not responsible for reduced print quality caused by the quality of an image provided by the customer.
Color Disclaimer
Actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitors, phone displays, lighting, filament, vinyl, UV DTF materials, and material batches. T3Rentalz will make every effort to match requested colors as closely as possible, but exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
Promotional Photo & Video Use
T3Rentalz may photograph or record completed products for use on our website, social media, advertising, portfolio, and other promotional materials. Customer-provided personal photos will not be independently published or used outside the finished customized product without permission.
Photos or videos featuring an identifiable customer or child will only be used for promotional purposes with permission. Customers may request that their finished order not be used for promotional purposes by contacting T3Rentalz in writing.
