T3Rentalz does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, including names, numbers, colors, sizes, spelling, personalization, shipping information, and any other customization details.

T3Rentalz is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

If T3Rentalz makes an error while creating your order, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

Once an order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up and is no longer in T3Rentalz’s possession, T3Rentalz is no longer responsible for the order.
