Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard production turnaround is typically 3–4 business days or less, depending on order volume. Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Shipping time is separate from production time. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, carrier delays, lost packages, or damage in transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. T3Rentalz will provide tracking information and assist with carrier claims when applicable.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. T3Rentalz is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
