By placing an order with T3Rentalz, you agree to provide accurate and complete order information, including names, numbers, colors, sizes, personalization details, shipping information, and any other information required to complete your order.

All products are made or prepared based on the information submitted by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customization, and material availability. Rush service may be available upon request for an additional fee.

T3Rentalz reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including cases involving incomplete information, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, or requests that cannot be fulfilled.

Once an order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up and is no longer in T3Rentalz’s possession, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer or shipping carrier as applicable.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to T3Rentalz’s Order Information, Shipping Policy, and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
